Before any of us have had our morning coffee, Jim can be found skinning up his favorite ski trail, with wife Mary, while enjoying mountain sunrises and fresh tracks to his hearts content. In addition to his active lifestyle including skiing and biking, Jim has had a healthy career in Breckenridge. Initially moving to the area to do nothing but ski, his Midwest work ethic wouldn't allow him to be stagnant for long. Jim has a track record of setting the bar on housing prices with honesty and integrity.
