Michele Hart has been a Real Estate broker in Breckenridge since moving here in 1992. She came to Summit County, having recently graduated from Denison University and had planned to spend a year in the mountains. Michele fell in love with the community and ultimately chose to make Breckenridge her home and raise a family. As one of Breckenridge's top producing agents, Michele provides exceptional service to both buyers and sellers. She has been recognized over the years with numerous awards and has served on the local board of realtors as both a Breckenridge director and the association treasurer. She believes that service needs to extend far beyond the transaction itself and continues to help her clients who inevitably turn into friends. I thrive on personal relationships and feedback from happy clients." Michele has experience working with first-time homebuyers, second home owners and seasoned investors and has sold well over $300 million in her career. Jim’s passion is family and the outdoors which landed him in Breckenridge 27 years ago. In addition to coaching hockey, skiing with his family, fishing and biking Jim has maintained a healthy career with Slifer Smith & Frampton since 2010. Jim has been in the top 10 performing brokers in the company in the last five years, including being the second highest performing broker in the company this year.
Jim moved into real estate in 1998. After running a successful property management company, Jim put this experience to work and uses the same attention to detail in his real estate transactions. Whether it is finding the perfect lifestyle, selling a property, upgrading to a larger space or investment for his clients, Jim listens and tries to deliver the result his clients ask for.
